Fix a few issues with the new dm stuff in PurpleContact
Review Request #3074 — Created April 10, 2024 and submitted
Also remove the create paramter from purple_contact_find_dm as we have a better solution now.
Tested that dm's could be created via some other changes I haven't submitted yet.
