Port auto accept plugin to GSettings
Review Request #1740 — Created Sept. 11, 2022 and submitted
Also fixes the default download path if user has no
Downloadsdirectory configured (this occurs in the devenv, for example.)
Compile and load only. Did check the default directory was saved correctly as well.
