I just tested default and it looks like "I noticed it was broken" after I deleted my locally prefixed install which means it couldn't find the icon at the time.. In other words... It was unintentionally broken by me at the time :)

Status:: Discarded
Change Summary:: This was "fixing" a non issue that was caused by not having an installed version.
