This has a couple other updates to make username and realname use the alt nick
if nothing else is specified and eventually fall back to "unknown".

I'm thinking about adding an additional alt nick, but I'm still debating on
that. In the mean time this lays the ground work for that.

Use ibis-cli with no nick and no alt and verified it failed to connect. Used no nick with an alt and verified that it used the alt for the user command and the nick command. Used a nick that was already on the network and verified that the alt was tried when the nick failed.
