ibis-cli was eating sasl related messages which made registration never finish. This makes it stop eating them. I'm not super happy with this solution but it works for now.

Connected to a local ergo and verified that successful sasl logins worked and that failed ones properly disconnected. I did the same in Pidgin 3 and verified that it wasn't an issue there.
