Adjust a bunch of our privileges and setup extension points
Review Request #3531 — Created Sept. 25, 2024 and submitted
The extension points allow 3rd party plugins to be used from extension flatpaks. I didn't provide any documentation for this yet, as it's kind of ugly at the moment but it does work.
Tested the extension point with flatpak version of the channel-hack plugin https://keep.imfreedom.org/grim/pidgin-channel-hack/
