Fix Adwaita 1.6 deprecations

Testing Done

Compiled without errors and with adw_message_dialog_new deprecation warnings gone. Checked that the remove account dialog still shows up correctly.

This looks great, but Adw.AlertDialog was added in adwait-1.5 so we'll need to bump that requirement from 1.4 to 1.5. Fedora 40 has 1.5 and debian testing is already at 1.6 should that shouldn't be an issue.
