Description

This sets correct values for the social-* categories.  Also, it's
apparently not necessary to set all the categories to "none".

I set "social-info" to "mild" because of the release notification
plugin.  The generator (see below) describes "mild" as "Using any
online API, e.g. a user-counter".

This was generated using the prompts at:
