Convert TalkatuDemo to GTK4

Converts everything specific to the demo to GTK4. Talkatu widget usage is minimally converted.
I would wait to merge until the Talkatu widgets are done, just to be sure that there weren't any missed property changes in the
.uifile.
Ran with all Talkatu internals commented/removed. This appears to work and the UI for settings is okay so far.
