~ This moved all of the tag creation stuff to a ui file (which I converted to GTK4) and also removed some tags that aren't used anymore.
~ Move TalkatuTagTable to be a utility function rather than a subclass as GtkTextTagTable is final in GTK4
- - There's a few more things in here that could probably be cleaned up, but we'll have to wait to tackle that until we can compile the GTK4 branch.
