As the buddy list window will eventually be leaving, we can stop remembering its size.
The original driving force for this was that I thought it used a Widget Event signal which was going to need to be removed, but it was just using a normal widget signal.
Ran, resized the window, exited, re-ran, verified the size wasn't remembered.
