Aha, I was wondering why I had a bunch of old commits that weren't upstreamed... because they were upstream. There's new stuff here though, I'll update this to just that part.

Rebase to latest.

Summary:

-	Remove some more Windows wrappers
+	Replace gethostname by g_get_host_name

Description:

~		Remove unused Windows `ioctl` wrapper.
	~	Replace `gethostname` by `g_get_host_name`.
-		Remove unused Windows `gettimeofday` wrapper defines.
-		Remove struct definitions for removed `ioctl` wrapper.
-		Replace `gethostname` by `g_get_host_name`.
