Clean up and merge the Buddies and Conversation menus in a new Pidgin menu

- Removed items that weren't implemented
- Removed the duplicates for new instant message and join chat
- Removed dynamic submenus that weren't implemented yet
- Removed the add buddy, chat, and group items as they use the old api
Ran and verified the menus worked properly.
