Don't use ~/.face.icon as a default profile picture.

This could be added back later as an opt-in, but right now it's very poorly
documented and might accidentally leak information people don't want out there.This was also throwing a warning, because the preference was defaulting to an empty string and just remove all of this was an easy fix.
Created a new account and verified that the g_warning was no longer sent.
